Admission Procedure

Admissions are given to the students through Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (JEEP) conducted by Uttaranchal Board of Technical Education, Roorkee, held every year in May. Entrance Exam Forms are filled online from January to March every year through the ubter website. For details website www.ubter.in may be referred.

Mode of Admission

The admission to First Year Diploma in Engineering and Lateral Entry in Second Year of Engineering Program will be made through the on line counselling conducted by Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee , based on the merit of candidates in the Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (JEEP).

NOTE : One Set of photocopies of all the documents/certificates mentioned above are also required to be submitted.

No direct admission are made to any Semester of the course, except for the I.T.I. & Intermediate (10+2) pass candidates who are admitted to Second Year (third semester) through the on line counselling conducted by the Uttarakhand board of technical Education ,Roorkee on the basis of merit of candidates in JEEP.

Reservations

As notified by the State Government of Uttarakhand and notified in the Information Brochure of JEEP.

Fee Structure :

Annual tuition fee charged from students as per ubte norms. Apart from that UBTE charged a nominal examination fee prior to each semester exam.
